Product Concerns
Art Clay Silver and gold will remain in good working condition for a long period of time if unopened but, please remember, it will get harder as time passes. If the clay feels a little stiff or dry, add a few drops of water and knead it together. Art Clay Silver is water based clay and, by adding water, it will regain its original working condition. If you have any concerns or issues with Art Clay products, please contact the main officePlease note, to ensure that we collect all information required; we ask that you have the name of the person from which the clay was purchased, as well as all product and packaging materials.
